Refund and Cancellation Policy of MAZARO BOOKKEEPING

1. Scope of the Policy This policy applies to all consulting services, tax return preparation, benefit application assistance, and digital products offered by MAZARO BOOKKEEPING.

2. Cancellations for Consulting Services and Tax Preparation

• 48-Hour Notice: To cancel or reschedule a consulting service or tax preparation, a notice of at least 48 hours in advance is required. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds: If a service is canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice, a full refund will be processed. If canceled after this period, no refund will be given, but rescheduling may be offered as an option.

3. Benefit Application Services

• Benefit application services are non-refundable once the application process has begun. If you wish to cancel the service before it starts, a 48-hour notice is required for a full refund.

4. Digital Products

• Non-Refundable: Digital products such as downloadable guides and online courses are not eligible for refunds once accessed or downloaded. In cases of verifiable technical issues, a replacement or solution may be considered.

5. Refund Processing

• Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• For partial refunds, the client will be informed about the applicable amount and conditions.

6. Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund after approval:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card provider; processing times may vary.
• Contact your bank for additional confirmation.

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

• In exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, partial refunds may be considered for services that did not meet client expectations due to errors on our part.
